WDA prepared the initial concept plans for this paved basketball court near an area of critical environmental concern (ACEC) wetland (Cedar Swamp). Following approval of the Recreation Department, a wetland application was prepared and presented to the Conservation Commission. Subsequent to that approval final designs identifying everything from pavement treatment to fencing was specified and issued for bidding. Construction is now complete and the court is in high demand.
