AstraZeneca WDA serves as a specialized consultant to Astra USA, Inc. providing advice on numerous ongoing projects ranging from updates to the previous master plan for the 60± acre site, to feasibility analyses for satellite properties as well as providing civil engineering, surveying and permitting services to meet local regulatory requirements. The current master plan calls for a total of three new buildings totaling 450,000 square feet for use as research, laboratory, warehouse and office space. |
