England Biolabs WDA was hired to prepare a feasibility analysis and perform master planning for the development of 400,000 square feet of research, laboratory and office space on a 110 acre site fronting on Route 128 in Manchester-by-the-Sea, Massachusetts. Services included wetland and vernal pool analysis and wildlife habitat inventory, research of record utility plans, topographic and boundary plan compilation, preparation of numerous conceptual site grading and access studies, preliminary presentations to various town agencies, and eventually included the rezoning of the parcel at Town Meeting to allow research laboratory uses on site. |
