Property WDA services for this oddly shaped parcel included town and Registry of Deeds research, compilation of an existing conditions base plan, wetlands and riverfront protection area identification, and site planning to set the location and layout for a three story, 70,000 sf assisted living facility and associated parking and access drives. The unique design allowed the driveway within the riverfront area with the removal of previously “constructed” improvements and restoration of altered areas. This created a natural park and trail system adjacent to the river for residents of the project. |
