While in the office, his responsibilities include calculations for construction layout, and drafting a variety of plans, including Existing Conditions Plans, As-Built Plans, Subdivision Lotting Plans, Approval Not Required Plans, and Title Insurance Plans.
Among his current assignments, he is responsible for the initial boundary line reconciliation for a number of contiguous parcels stretching across the entire Town of Westborough for a future bicycle trail. He has developed strategies and protocol to ensure that a thorough analysis of raw data and company standard drafting techniques are implemented to reflect consistency on our survey plans.
Outside of the office, Joe enjoys spending time with his family. He is an avid golfer, and also enjoys spending time on Cape Cod, camping in central and northern New England, and relaxing in his backyard on the banks of the Nashua River.
