West Park Drive WDA was contracted to provide comprehensive services for the establishment of a new 4 story, 75,000 square foot first class office building in an existing business park. Our services included topographic and boundary surveys, utility research, soils testing, wetland delineation, landscape architectural design to accommodate the extended access drive and wetland constraints, as well as civil engineering drawings for presentation to the Town. Environmental permits included preparation of a Notice of Intent, Sewer Connection Permit, and EPA (NPDES) Stormwater Permit. This project required our engineers to design an extensive infiltrative drainage system below the proposed parking areas enabling the client’s building program to fit within the zoning and landscape constraints of the site. This project is complete and the building fully occupied. |
