Nine West WDA services included drainage design for two proposed 25,000 sf office/R&D buildings to satisfy requirements of the Town Engineer, including preparation of drainage calculations and attendance at meetings with the Town. Services also included review of the existing sewer pump station and an analysis of its capacity to meet the proposed site development. Our contract was extended to include full site engineering and environmental permitting for the final 25,000 sf R&D building. The construction of this building is now complete. |
