  • Full boundary and topographic surveys, master planning and preparation of comprehensive site design plans for a 500,000 sf retail lifestyle center and 350 affordable (Ch. 40B) apartments on 160± acres on Route 20 in Northborough.
  • Comprehensive services including survey, site design, landscape architecture and local, state and federal permit approvals for a 60,000 sf office and restaurant facility on Route 9 in Westborough.
  • Redevelopment plans for a 56 acre brownfield site in Westborough Center for reuse as a 350,000 sf retail center and a 50 unit multi-story condominium building.
  • Feasibility study and rezoning approval for 400,000 sf of research laboratory/office space on 110 acres located in a water supply district in Manchester-by-the-Sea.
  • Conceptual planning through final site design services for a 140 unit affordable housing project in Chelmsford.
  • Full service design from concept planning to site design drawing, permit approvals and construction layout and monitoring for a first class 75,000 sf, 4-story office building in Westborough. Complete survey and design services for the development of 10 frontage lots and 21 condominium units on an infill parcel in downtown Ipswich.
  • Site planning strategies, soil testing, and subdivision plan preparation for the highest and best use of two residentially zoned peninsulas on the Atlantic Ocean in Manchester-by-the-Sea. The two unique waterfront properties of 6± acres and 17± acres both contain large historic primary residences and separate carriage homes.
  • Master planning and preliminary design for 70 multi-family units and 24 single family homes on a 153± acre parcel in Hopkinton, Massachusetts. Services also included a full boundary survey, wetland delineation, soils testing, three special permits, definitive subdivision plans, site plans, public water supply wells, and a private on site sewage treatment plant.
  • Complete master planning services for 140± acres of property on Boston Hill in Westborough, Northborough and Shrewsbury at the intersection of Route 9 and Route 20. This property contains five zoning districts and includes plans for up to 400,000 sf of office space, and 30,000 sf of retail space. WDA completed the full design plans for a 65,000 sf regional YMCA on this property.
  • Office and field survey services necessary to calculate and layout the horizontal and vertical location of approximately 300 piles for a proposed parking garage in Cambridge, Massachusetts.
