WDA was hired to provide feasibility planning for the highest and best use of this 17± acre residential oceanfront peninsula with 2,800 feet of direct frontage on the Atlantic Ocean. Initial services included performance of a perimeter field survey, aerial topographic survey, soils testing, approval-not-required plan preparation, and permit approvals with the town. Services also included site engineering and planning as well as complete survey layout for construction of the owner’s residence, carriage house and swimming pool, all overlooking the ocean.
