Estates A local developer retained our landscape architects for the creation of an open space layout to satisfy the Planning Board's requirements. Our designs included several recommendations to improve the client's conventional plan and also completed a much superior open space/cluster layout. The new plan reduced road construction, improved lot shape and enhanced lot value. The plan was fully embraced by the Town Planner and Planning Board and was quickly approved. This 15 lot project is now fully constructed. |
