Applebees WDA provided comprehensive design services, from feasibility analysis through permit approvals for a 60,000 sf mixed use, development on Route 9 and Indian Meadow Road. Extensive wetland constraints required our designers to incorporate very creative site planning and drainage control techniques. Access from a state highway required permit approvals from the MEPA unit of the Executive Office of Environmental Affairs and the Massachusetts Highway Department. This retail space is now fully occupied by Applebees restaurant and Subway, and the office building is fully leased to Applix Software. |
