Commons Waterman Design was hired by the retail development corporation of Phillips International, Inc of New York City to transform the former 56 acre Baystate Abrasives industrial complex into a new 350,000 square-foot retail center, integrated into the central village in the Town of Westborough. WDA’s services included overall master plan development, re-zoning efforts, permitting and comprehensive site engineering, landscape architecture and survey.
