Colonial Volkswagen Waterman Design Associates (WDA) provided comprehensive services from feasibility studies through construction documents for a 24,000 square foot automobile dealership on Route 9 in Westborough, MA. The site had many constraints, including steep slopes and its location adjacent to a residential neighborhood. WDA designers worked to provide our client with a plan that takes advantage of the visibility from Route 9 while maintaining much of the existing vegetation, which buffers the project from the residential neighborhood. |
